I’m Brie and I help people feeling anxious, stuck in patterns from the past, and unsure of where to go from here. People who have it within them to break the cycles holding them back. People ready to do deep, meaningful work and just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find confidence and self-compassion by helping them heal from painful experiences and emotions that have been weighing them down.

Many of today’s solutions for relationship difficulties, anxiety, and trauma are focused on surface level skills and don't address why these patterns are happening to start with. Often people are left feeling like they are the

problem and should just "do better," or are confused why they can't just "get it right." Truly healing at a core level means inviting all parts of you to have a chance to speak, and listening with genuine compassion. Welcoming the parts of you that are critical, a little scary, or maybe even doubt if healing is possible after so long. Your experiences are unique. Our first session will be centered around getting to know you and what life is like right now. I’ll ask questions about your childhood experiences, relationships and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Sessions will always go at a pace that feels safe for you. As our therapeutic relationship develops, we’ll get to the deeper work of understanding how all the parts of you interact and unburden the painful experiences they've been carrying for you.
